If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. As a content creator please turn off your phones GPS embedded photo data before you upload ANY photos to the internet!
Form Information
Forms stores a record of all form submissions. Your data may be deleted by the site administrator. You may request a report of saved data related to your email address.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
Registered user information is retained in your website’s database indefinitely.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their some of their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username, nor their Application Channel Data). Website administrators can also see and edit your roles and personal information.

Any transaction that requires you to login to an outside website, please make sure your connection is secure. We take no liability for insecure connections with third party transactions.
Your Registration Twitch Channel Review data is only shared with our Infinite Quality staff, admins, and community mods for membership vetting. We will contact you and discuss any use of this data with a third party, such as sponsors and other industry related companies, before sharing your data.

How we protect your data
Infinite Quality’s main content is only available to members of the site. Attempting to link to our content to non-members will force non-logged in users to login before they can see any content.
What data breach procedures we have in place
In case of a Data Breach, we will shut down the website and find the breach by investigating the logs. This website is built on wordpress an open-source software which means the vulnerabilities are detected very quickly. We have DD0S protection that might cause errors on the site if you attempt to submit information too quickly.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
Your Username, upon registration is sent to our Discord through third party tools in order to inform our admins of your application.
Social Login
We collect your public profile data only from your consent that you grant before initiating Social Login, from the social network used to login at our website. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, link to your social media profile, unique identifier, link to social profile avatar. This data is used to create your user profile at our website. You can revoke this consent at any time from your profile page at our website or by sending us an email.
